Open the gloves after training and air-dry them in a ventilated place (paper towels inside helps).
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Don’t leave them in your bag for hours/days: moisture creates odour and breaks down the lining.
Use hand wraps to reduce sweat and extend glove life.
