Ekkam reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale in order to adapt them to applicable current legislation, new case law, and standard market practices.
Browsing the pages of the domain www.ekkamsport.com and its subdomains, as well as purchasing any product, implies acceptance of the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale described on this page. Sales are only applicable in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

5.1 Product Information
Ekkam pays close attention to information relating to the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions provided by its partner companies and manufacturers, as well as photographs illustrating the products. All of this is carried out within the limits of technology and in compliance with the highest market standards.
5.2 Price Information
The sale prices indicated on www.ekkamsport.com and its subdomains are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices, but shipping service costs are not. Shipping costs are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. These costs will be communicated before order confirmation and completion of the purchase process. Ekkam reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The prices and offers presented on www.ekkamsport.com are valid only for orders placed through www.ekkamsport.com and may not coincide with other Ekkam stores or platforms in Spain.
Purchase Process
6.1 Registration
To place an order, you must access www.ekkamsport.com and register as a user by completing the electronic form following the instructions at each stage. After registration, you may proceed with the purchase of your product(s).
6.2 Product Availability
Orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. When accessing www.ekkamsport.com, you can check the current availability of each product offered in our online store, distinguishing between:

6.3 Payment Methods

Once you have validated all information regarding your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing addresses), a new page will appear allowing you to choose your payment method and enter your details. If you pay by credit card, the charge will be deferred (except for Maestro cards) until the time of shipment. This ensures that only items actually shipped are charged. Payments with cards issued outside Spanish territory are not accepted. www.ekkamsport.com reserves the right to reject any credit card transaction. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original card. If the customer wishes to continue the purchase, a bank transfer will be requested.
PayPal: You may pay for your purchase via PayPal. When selecting PayPal as the payment method, the previously indicated billing address will be ignored, and the address registered in your PayPal account will be used for billing purposes.
Bank Transfer: You may pay by bank transfer by selecting this payment method. The transfer must be made to the following account:

When making the transfer, you must include in the reference field: Order number – Name and surname of the registered person making the purchase. After placing the order, you have a maximum of 4 days from the order confirmation date to arrange the bank transfer. After this period, if payment has not been made, the purchase will be cancelled. The purchase is not considered complete until receipt of the transfer has been confirmed.
6.4 Shipping Costs
Delivery costs depend on the product category or the type of delivery selected. Products are delivered directly to the address indicated by the customer under the conditions described below, via the courier company MRW. Delivery costs consist of a base value per order or delivery. If your order includes products from different classes, the total delivery cost will be the highest value among those classes.
Base Cost: Represents a fixed value per item class. Rates applied to each defined product class are:

Class 1: Products of standard size and weight (up to 5 kg).

Class 2: Products of large size and weight (over 5 kg).
6.5 Fees and Taxes
The sale prices indicated on www.ekkamsport.com are shown in euros and include VAT but do not include delivery costs. Shipping service costs are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. These costs will be communicated before order confirmation and completion of the purchase process.
6.6 Order Status

Pending authorization: The purchase has not yet been registered in our database.

Open: The purchase has been registered and is awaiting processing by our Logistics Center.

Picking: The purchase is registered and identified, and order preparation has begun.

Invoiced: The purchase has been registered, prepared, invoiced, and shipped to the indicated delivery address.
6.7 Order Processing and Delivery
Shipments are made only to destinations in mainland Spain. Sales of products from www.ekkamsport.com are excluded for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Estimated delivery time is 48–72 hours from the day following payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). An express shipping option with 24-hour delivery is also available from the day following payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Products are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage to the packaging is detected, the customer must note this on the delivery receipt signed with the carrier and immediately contact our Customer Service via www.ekkamsport.com or by calling +34 910 05 37 67. A delivery receipt without any damage notes implies that the packaging was in perfect condition. If damage to the product is detected after opening the package and the packaging was intact, the customer has 24 hours from receipt to contact Customer Service via www.ekkamsport.com.
If the customer is not present at the indicated address at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left with a contact phone number to arrange a new delivery attempt. After 3 business days from the first attempt without scheduling a new delivery date, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Warranty
Ekkam states and guarantees that it is authorized to sell products through its website www.ekkamsport.com and that its online platforms are technically prepared for the sale of products and services.
The warranty period is two years from the date of product delivery. This warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use, unauthorized handling, incorrect installations not performed by authorized Technical Services when applicable, or materials worn out through use.
Ekkam reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the issue by an official technical service of the brand. If the defect is found to be caused by external factors, the repair will be chargeable. In cases where the warranty applies, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable law.
Returns
Product Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase. Contact our Customer Service to find out how to proceed with the return.
Never send the item without first contacting our Customer Service.
Although Ekkam manages the collection and shipping process, collection costs are borne by the customer, while shipping costs are fully covered by Ekkam.
Return Conditions:

This right of return is granted in addition to the rights legally established for consumers and users under current legislation in cases of non-conformity with the contract.
Returns Due to Shipping Damage
Contact our Customer Service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims for damage to goods must be made within 24 hours from the delivery date if the damage is not externally visible. If visible upon delivery, the claim must be made to the carrier at that time.
