returns
You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide any reason.
The return period begins on the day you, or a person authorised by you, receive the last item of the order.
exchanges
You may exchange a product for the same model if:
- The product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- The exchange is requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations
14-day return right from order receipt:
Product must be unused, in perfect condition and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Exchanges (same product – size/colour/weight):
First exchange FREE (price difference applies if any).
Additional exchanges: €1.50 + price difference.
Exchange for a different product:
€1.50 handling fee + price difference.
Processed as return + new order.
Order cancellation:
Free cancellation before shipment.
After shipment, cancellation not possible (use 14-day return).
Made-to-order:
If production has not started, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
