If you train martial arts, you need MMA shorts that stay put and don’t slow you down. If you focus on striking, you need boxing shorts that handle hard sessions and keep real freedom through the legs and hips.

Stable hold: reinforced Velcro waistband plus an internal drawstring to fine-tune the fit and keep the shorts in place during intense rounds.
